Shipping Costs
If the total amount of the products you will buy from Bebepan at a time exceeds 80 TL, your cargo is sent free of charge. If it is under 80TL , you must pay the remaining amount for wherever you are in Turkey, where the shipping charge is only 4 TL.
Delivery Times
Your orders from Bebepan until 15:00 on weekdays will be shipped within the same day if the product is in stock.
Orders placed after 15:00 on weekdays or on non-working days such as weekends, public holidays and holidays will be shipped within the first business day following.
Finished products are removed from the sale at the end of the day. However, we hope that you will show understanding for the products that are finished due to the high demand on the same day. In this case, our customer has the right to request a similar product or to cancel the order.
Your orders arrive at your address with the assurance of Sürat Kargo, depending on the distance of the delivery address from Istanbul.

Delivery is made within distances of more than 600 km within 48 hours after delivery to the cargo.

You can return any money that you bought from us within 7 days provided that it has not been used, damaged or washed, or you can replace it with another size or color of the same product. The cost of sending the product to us is at your own cost, as the reason for return and replacement is due to your change of mind or wrong order. If you want to replace it with a new one, the shipping cost of the new product is at your own cost.
Used, damaged and washed products are not returned and replaced.
If the reason for return or replacement is due to a defect in the product or our company, we are responsible for returning and sending a replacement. You can send these types of products with Sürat cargo, provided that you inform us in advance. If it is seen in the examination made in our laboratories that the error is caused by us, the cargo expenditure you make will be transferred to a bank account that you specify and the new product will be sent to your address free of charge.

Return the product with a petition containing a copy of the product invoice and the reason for return / replacement.
For returns in accordance with the rules above, the fee you pay for the product is returned to your credit card, or sent to your account by bank transfer.
Open and check the packages that you think are damaged during shipping in front of the cargo authority you receive. If there is any damage to the product, do not take the product by keeping a record on the cargo company.
